In using the Website, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions listed below. Usage of the Website shall be construed as your consent for receiving calls, messages, and/or emails including marketing and promotional calls, messages, emails, autodialed and/or pre-recorded messages, from Jay Storix at any time, on the telephone number / contact information or email ID that may be provided by you. The sale of Products by Jay Storix to you is therefore subject to these Terms and Conditions. Jay Storix reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate selling any of the Products to any person as it may deem fit.

Use of the Website is available only to a duly constituted legal entity or an adult individual who is competent to contract under the prevailing laws of India. Persons who are deemed “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use the Website. If your age is below 18 years old, your parents or legal guardians can transact on your behalf, if they are registered users.
Jay Storix reserves the right to terminate your registration and refuse to provide you with access to the Website if Jay Storix discovers that you are under the age of 18 years. The Website is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Jay Storix for any reason whatsoever. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms and Conditions.

All products and information displayed on the Website constitute an “invitation to order”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “order” which shall be subject to written acceptance of the same by Jay Storix and these Terms and Conditions. If you have supplied Jay Storix with your email address and mobile number, Jay Storix may notify you by email or SMS or any other manner as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and confirm details and thereafter process the order.

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to Jay Storix in the registration, buying process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature. Jay Storix will protect your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. FEES AND SERVICES

Registration on the Website is free. Jay Storix does not charge any fee for browsing on the Website. Jay Storix may at its sole discretion introduce new Products and services and modify some or all of the existing Products and services offered on the Website. In such an event, Jay Storix reserves the right to introduce fees for the new Products and services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing Products and services, as the case may be. Changes to the fee policies shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website.

All Products and services offered by Jay Storix are described and pictured as completely and precisely as possible and in good faith. Despite all our precautions Jay Storix cannot be held liable for possible errors and you acknowledge that the Product delivered to you may vary from the Product displayed and pictured on the Website. The Products available on the Website are for your personal and/or professional use only. The Products which you may receive from Jay Storix, shall not be sold or resold for any/commercial reasons. In case any Products purchased or received is not fitting the space available with you, please note that Jay Storix is in no manner responsible for such fitting errors as supply by Jay Storix will be as per the measurements selected or provided by You. You should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the Products and assemble, install and use it at your own risk.

While Jay Storix strives to provide accurate Product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur or pricing may change basis your customization requirements, if any. Jay Storix cannot confirm the price of a Product until the order is confirmed. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or Product information, Jay Storix shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that Product, unless the Product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Jay Storix may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the Product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Jay Storix will have the right to modify the price of the Product and contact you for further instructions using the contact information provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If Jay Storix has to cancel the order after Jay Storix has processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to you.

Payments for the Products available on the Website may be made through the various payment modes available on the Website.

Jay Storix reserves the right to recover all costs incurred or suffered by Jay Storix on account of fraudulent use of the Website including without limitation the cost of Products, collection charges, cancellation charges, delivery charges and lawyers’ fees. Jay Storix reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery Location: Jay Storix is committed to delivery across India, however, some areas may not be serviceable and Jay Storix endeavors to notify of such unavailability at the time of placing of order. Delivery of your order: Jay Storix is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship Jay Storix Products throughout the week, except Sundays and public or any other holidays. We do not take responsibility for the Products shipped by the third party vendors. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed transport or delivery agencies only. The Products purchased are delivered via transport agencies to the delivery address that you indicate on the order.

Dispatch and Transport: Subject to availability of the Products, the orders are dispatched within 10 (ten) working days or as per the delivery date specified to you at the time of placing the order. The exact date of delivery will be communicated to you in the order confirmation message. Though most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 working days, there may be delay due to unforeseen circumstances and Jay Storix does not give any guarantee with respect to the timelines for the delivery of the Products. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. You must always sign for receipt of orders.

Loss or damage during transport: You are responsible for checking the Products on receipt. If you think, you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, you may call our customer care at +91 9112288466 from 10am to 6pm or email us at support@jaystorix.online mentioning your Order ID and giving the details of the damaged or tampered Product, including photographs of the Product or the packaging. Once we verify the information regarding the Product, a replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the Product back.

Delivery address: You are responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. You shall be solely responsible in case you provide incorrect delivery details and may incur extra costs. In the event of errors in the address details of the addressee, Jay Storix cannot under any circumstances be held liable for inability to deliver the Products ordered.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will be at your charge and will be added separately to your invoice. Taxes: Our prices are not inclusive.

If you have made the payment for your order and if your order is still under process, Jay Storix may, at its discretion, initiate a full or partial refund in accordance with its cancellation policy. However, if the order is already in transit, Jay Storix may cancel the remaining delivery or reserve the right to refuse services to you upon completion of delivery.

No returns are allowed on any Product delivered to you, except on the following grounds:

If the Product received is damaged, defective, wrongly delivered or broken.

non-conformance with order placed by you on the Product specification.

If you wish to return the Product on the aforesaid grounds, you shall raise a return request of the Product within 3 (three) days of its delivery, failing which the Product will be deemed to have been accepted by you and such Product will not be subject to any return. Please note that return for a Product will be processed subject to satisfactory verification and inspection of the Product by Jay Storix basis the images of the Product shared by you in your return request. The decision of Jay Storix on return of the Product will be final and binding.

In order to claim a return, kindly follow the following steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email to support@jaystorix.online within 3 (three) days of delivery of the order or raise a return request through the Website.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return your order. Kindly email valid and clear images of the Product, which shall be satisfactory to Jay Storix and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will endeavor to pick up the Products within 7 (seven) working days, as per the delivery schedule and timelines provided by the delivery agent. We will initiate the return and replacement process only if the Products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes/ QR codes intact.
  • Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, Jay Storix will refund you the full amount subject to deduction of the delivery cost and/or any incidental costs.
  • The decision of Jay Storix in case of return or replacement shall be final and binding on you.
  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 (seven) working days after the order is returned or canceled.
  • Transport costs for returns and replacements will be borne by you, unless the issue is solely attributable to Jay Storix’s error, in such case Jay Storix will cover all costs.

You may note that return shall not be accepted by Jay Storix in following scenarios:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse;
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other
    accessories or if original packaging is damaged;
  • Serial Number is tampered;
  • Product is used or altered;
  • If the request is initiated after 3 (three) days of order delivery.

Please note that there may be certain orders that Jay Storix may not be able to accept and may thus cancel. Jay Storix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by Jay Storix. Jay Storix may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Jay Storix will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have remitted the funds, the said amount will be remitted back to you.

  • Free Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placement of the order.
  • Post-Confirmation Cancellation: Once the order confirmation is sent by Jay Storix, cancellations will incur a fee of 20% (twenty percent) of the order’s value.
  • Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If a cancellation request is made by you before the order is shipped, 90% (ninety percent) of the order value will be charged.
  • Post-Shipment Cancellation: Cancellations are not permitted after the order has been shipped.
  • Delayed Delivery: If the delivery is delayed beyond 20 days from the promised date (excluding delays caused by you), Jay Storix may, at its discretion, either:
    1. (i) Allow order cancellation, or
    2. (ii)Offer a discount on the original price charged for the same product.

The Products shall come with the warranty period as specified on the Website and will be subject to the terms of the warranty attached thereto. Any such warranty shall be subject to the disclaimers and limitation of liability provided hereunder these terms and conditions.

  • In the event of non-delivery of the Products with respect to any order accepted by Jay Storix occurs due to reasons attributable to you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Jay Storix for re-delivery or cancellation shall be borne and paid by you to Jay Storix.
  • You will use the Products provided by Jay Storix for lawful purposes only.
  • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested from you. Jay Storix reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.

    Product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.
