 A Row Spacer is an angle that connects two back-to-back rows of pallet racking, keeping them aligned and increasing structural stability. They are an essential safety accessory, especially in tall racks and high-density storage systems.

  • How are they Useful?
    • Row Spacers maintain the required ‘flue space’—the gap between back-to-back racks. This gap is important for fire safety, as it allows heat to rise and sprinkler water to reach every rack level. It also supports proper airflow and even temperature in
      controlled environments.

  • Where are they Installed?
    • Row Spacers are fixed horizontally between two back-to-back rack frames, positioned evenly along the height of the racks.
  • Important:
    • Row Spacers are mandatory for back-to-back racks with a height of 4,500mm or above, regardless of rack depth.
    • The standard gap between back-to-back racks is 250mm, which the spacers support.
    • If the first bay is wall-mounted or supported, row spacers are not required for that run.
  • How Many Row Spacers do you need?
    • Row Spacers should be installed at intervals of 2,500mm along the height, between every two back-to-back frames.
  • What will I get in my order?
    • Our Row Spacers do not need assembly and is supplied in the quantity ordered. The package includes all necessary hardware and fasteners for installation. In addition, a warranty notice, a user manual, and a safety and inspection manual are provided with every order. No extra items or hardware is provided.
    • Installation support — Should you require assistance, our team is available to guide you through the installation process. Simply contact us, and we will respond at the earliest convenience.
  • What is not included in my order?:
    • Please note that no PPE or safety gear is included with this product. Tools required for assembly, such as hammers or spanners, are not provided. Any components or accessories shown in the product images are for illustration purposes only and are not part of the order. Items not specifically listed above are not included.
    • Additionally, when placing an order for racks through the configurator, row spacers are not automatically provided. They must be added to your order separately.
  • The installation of a single spacer typically requires two people and takes approximately 10-15 minutes. With experience, the installation time can be reduced further.
