Pallet Stopper

A Pallet Stopper is designed to prevent pallets from being pushed too far back into the rack, which could otherwise cause damage to walls, frames, or adjacent structures. As a safety accessory, it is finished in bright yellow to ensure high visibility within dense racking
systems, where racks may vary in color but all safety components are uniformly marked in yellow.

How are they Useful?
- Pallet Stoppers help maintain the required flue space—the gap behind or between rack rows—critical for proper ventilation and the effective functioning of fire suppression systems. They also reduce the risk of collisions with equipment by limiting
  pallet overhang.

Where are they Installed?
- They are mounted at the rear of each bay level, fixed directly to the uprights.
How Many Pallet Stoppers do you need?:
- Each level of a bay requires one Pallet Stopper. For example, a Main Bay with four levels will require four Pallet Stoppers. Similarly, if you have 1 Main Bay of 3 Levels + 1 Add-on Bay of 3 Levels, then you will need 6 Pallet Stoppers.
What will I get in my order?
- Each Pallet Stopper is supplied unassembled, along with all components required to complete the unit in the quantity ordered. The package includes all necessary hardware and fasteners for installation. In addition, a warranty notice, a user manual,
  and a safety and inspection manual are provided with every order. No extra items or hardware is provided.
- Installation support — Should you require assistance, our team is available to guide you through the installation process. Simply contact us, and we will respond at the earliest convenience.
What is not included in my order?
- Please note that no PPE or safety gear is included with this product. Tools required for assembly, such as hammers or spanners, are not provided. Any components or accessories shown in the product images are for illustration purposes only and are not part of the order. Items not specifically listed above are not included.
- Additionally, when placing an order for racks through the configurator, pallet stoppers are not automatically provided. They must be added to your order separately.
The installation of a single guard typically requires two people and takes approximately 10 minutes. With experience, the installation time can be reduced further.
